I'm writing this review as a loyal client who's been getting my nails done by Taty since summer 2025. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse over the past few visits. My nails started breaking easily, and I struggled to get timely responses from her for repairs. When I expressed my concerns, she deflected blame and made me feel uncomfortable. I was shocked when she accused me of being too hard on my nails, despite explaining that my lifestyle hadn't changed and asking if she was using different products. I reminded her that I was paying $100-125 for gel x services, and it was unacceptable for them to break within days.
