I had another amazing experience at Image Solutions Salon — somehow it was even better than the last. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel so taken care of. They’re constantly checking in, offering drinks and snacks, and making sure you have everything you need. At one point I literally had two people blow-drying my hair — that’s how full-service and attentive they are. I decided after my last visit that this would be the only salon I go to, and today completely reinforced that decision. Katie is truly something special — her skill is next level, and the way she calmly and gracefully trains new stylists while still delivering expert-level results is honestly beautiful to watch. I’ve always struggled with my very thick, curly hair and usually leave salons disappointed. My first visit here was no different — I didn’t explain well and ended up with something far from what I imagined. Normally, I’d just accept it, but this time I went back. That’s when I met Katie, the owner, and everything changed. She has the same hair as mine, immediately understood, and got me in the next day. She spent hours fixing it and somehow gave me exactly what I hoped for, even with my vague pictures. She also shared tips and tricks I desperately needed. Justice was my hairstylist she did such an amazing job cutting and darkening my hair I was so happy at the end. I’ve never gone anywhere to get my hair done I’ve always just did it myself but I’m so glad I went there. Her and her coworkers are so sweet and helpful. I definitely recommend going there.

Katie and her entire team are absolutely fantastic! I started coming to Image Solutions Salon at 21 years old (now 28) and I was nervous because I never had a good hair cut experience in my life. Katie listened, empathized, and talked me through every action and made me feel so comfortable. The end result of every appointment was exactly what I wanted! If you want your hair dreams to come true, book an appointment with Abby. She is incredible! She listened to everything I wanted and more. I can be indecisive at times, I'll list out a bunch of things I want and she someone knows how to pull them all together and execute them perfectly. I've never loved my hair as much as I do after seeing Abby. She will go above and beyond for you. Anything from a haircut to balayage to a wash and blowout, she will exceed your expectations.
