I'm a bit late doing this because of the holidays, but let me just say...if you want to start your lock journey, or already have locs and want to have them well maintained...iKandy Hair Studio is EXACTLY where you should be! The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, the whole staff is kind and friendly. My stylist Candi is just a meticulous dynamo with this tender-head of mine. From her initial consultation with me, to my first day in the chair and today with my retwist...she is just the ULTIMATE ROCK STAR WITH IT... I swear if I could give her and the staff 10 stars it would happen!!!

My first experience trying “starter” locs and I’ll get the re-twist sooner…. which is coming up. I’m pleased with the outcome so far so great. I’m in my 60’s and don’t want to mess with my hair myself tooooo much at all. It’s fast growing and right now it’s shorter but looking so forward to shoulder length and beyond. This salon was recommended by two different people unknown to each other months apart with my encounter with them. Candi, my stylist, didn’t disappoint. I’ve recommended her to someone who’s visiting out of town for several months and needed a recommendation. I’m grateful just plain grateful👏🏻

Candi is a phenomenal loc stylist and the atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. I look forward to her blessing my crown with those gifted hands every single time!

Horrible experience on 2/28/17. First off she was on the phone with her baby daddy the entire time she was braiding my hair, to the point I heard their whole conversation. . Secondly she braided my hair so tight that it was going to break my hair. I feel as though Kandi is very unprofessional and I wold nor recommend her to anyone.

Cookie saved me! I needed waves super last minute for my wedding and she killed it. Professional, sweet, understanding and talented! Definitely coming back here again.
