Ida Nail of Southlake

Visited this salon on recommendation from a friend. I got a dip powder manicure and the basic pedicure package. Unfortunately, I left highly disappointed. My fingernails look amazing, which is the redeeming quality of 2 stars rather than 1. But, I left with 5 of my fingers bleeding. (This is not something that happens to me regularly.) 4 of the cuts were relatively minor from the Dremel. The 5th was a deep cut, though, from the regular nail file. It bled instantly and hurt quite bad. I instantly bled (on the nail tech, even) and she just carried on. By the end, that cut was full of dip powder and whatever other products they use, hurt even worse, and looked nasty. I understand that accidents happen, and I'm typically not one to leave bad reviews. But I haven't been cut like that (especial

I’m very picky with my nail techs and their work but this place was AMAZING!!!! I’m so happy I finally found a nail salon I can go to every month now! I do a basic French manicure for both my hands and toes and it came out so perfect I’m so happy. Cindy did my nails and she was so sweet and constantly asked me if I liked it or wanted to change anything which I appreciate! This is a family owned business so I will definitely be supporting and you should too. I’m really happy with how much time and effort they put in a simple manicure and pedicure.

Would give more stars if I could. Moved out of state and have never had such a hard time saying goodbye to a nail salon. The owners will be VERY missed and I will be back whenever I am in town for a visit. Andy has gifted me with my best nails over the years and I will never forget my positive experiences at Ida Nail! 💖

I started coming here a few months ago and I must say the customer service is unmatched. The owners here really do care about their customers and that speaks volumes about the business. If something is wrong, they will fix it. No questions asked. They want to make sure that you leave happy which is very hard to find, especially in Southlake. Ann has been EXCELLENT the last couple of times that I’ve done my dip powder. She is patient and pays attention to detail. She will ask you along the way if everything looks good, which again means she cares about her customers and the quality of her work. I will request her every time because she is awesome! I’ve had a couple of pedicures here and they have been OK. I really care about the massage and the final product which is the polish at the end

12/1 Dipmani, color 100. Very nice small family owned business ❤️ I had a great experience. I personally prefer a complete soak off with dip. However they do a combo of drill/file and acetone wrap for removals. They’re very clean! They were really nice, asked if I liked my nails along the way, had a great color selection. Will definitely come back! ——— 12/23 Came back for a family pedicure with everyone in tow! They were super accommodating and got us all on the schedule together. My mom had such a great experience, and we were all super relaxed. Can’t wait to come back again!
