I had an amazing experience! I used the sauna, infrared light therapy, and leg compression services and loved every minute of it. The staff was incredibly accommodating, consistently checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain each service. I will definitely be back!

This is my place! The service here is amazing. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. I really enjoy all of the services offered. Red Light therapy for my stress relief, cryotherapy for my aches and pains, compression for recovery of all the hours of standing I do! My favorite is the salt sauna for relaxation at the end! There are many other things they offer here you must come to check it out! I give this place 5 stars! Thank you for all you do.

The staff is very welcoming and the cleanliness of the facility is second to none. Last year I was injured at work and although my strength training was hindered, doing some of the services didn’t just help my recovery they enabled me to burn calories with no stress on my body. I’m not one for the cold but the Cryo chamber is definitely something that my body can withstand unlike ice baths. The sauna is my go to for post workout recovery and to detoxify my body. Unlike some other saunas ICRYO’s is tended to before and after each guest to ensure cleanliness and functionality. I feel the red light therapy not only rejuvenates me and pushes me through the day but it truly aided in my recovery and pain that I received from my surgery. The compression is a must a day or 2 after a good leg worko

AMAZING services....I've been going here for a year , twice a week for lifestyle services & it's so clean, resets your body & gives you energy! The facials with T2 shape are also top notch!!! I highly recommend this wellness spa! All staff are friendly, helpful & go above/beyond to ensure you are comfortable.
