Iconic Hair Salon

Absolutely rip off and completely unprofessional!! A co worker of mine recommended them- she went there for a wash, cut and dry for $63…. Okay, fair- so, I sent my daughter in with her father for a trim, she has VERY long hair, they did not wash it, trimmed about 2 inches off of it, dried it, appointment start to finish about MAX 40 minutes. Charged me $78. When I called to ask why I was charged that amount, being they didn’t wash her hair…. I was met with the most unprofessional attitude from their counter girl, Beth. She was hostile and nasty…. I asked to speak to the owner and she ended up swearing at me and hanging up. Absolutely disgusted by this encounter!!!! Received a text confirming my appointment. Showed up the next day and told the employee was gone. I was not given anything except, "Sorry." I should have been given someone else or at least a text indicating that I no longer had an appointment. Very bad business practice...

Marie was phenomenal!! I came in after getting a bad haircut at a different shop, Marie seated me immediately, knew how to fix it, and got to work. On top of that she was so kind, so funny and clearly very talented. I appreciated her willingness to listen to what I needed, and her ability to follow through. Before meeting Marie I was walking around wearing hats in shame of how bad the previous haircut was - but today I walked out of the shop with confidence!

I had a horrible hair cut/hair 911 situation and a friend of mine recommended Iconic. Chantal hooked me up and beautifully fixed my hair. I get tons of compliments on my new cut and am so grateful she was so professional and precise. Highly recommend!!

Literally the best haircut I have ever received. I went to a different salon in town earlier this year and had a bad experience, which made me really nervous about getting another haircut. I was actually shaking before my appointment in fear that this would happen again (The last salon I went to cut off 6" of my hair without asking.) I could not have chosen a better salon this time around! Rita was so careful, communicative and sweet! She gave me the exact haircut I asked for and I have no more haircut anxiety. I am so grateful to the staff at Iconic for giving me top notch customer service and a beautiful trim on my hair. I finally found my new salon! I felt so comfortable and welcome there.
