Amazing! They hire people that actually care about you and your health. It’s very personal here. You don’t feel like you’re just another dollar in their pocket. Love the Massage Therapists- I’ve had Allison, Dianna and Grace and Lydia for my eyelashes! You have to come and give them a chance. You won’t regret it!

Love this place. Moved from NYC this past winter and am so glad I found Haven! I go for a facial every few months, usually the Skin Specific Facial, with a vitamin C infusion add-on. It’s a nice all-around facial with a an extra moisturizing infusion at the end that makes the effects last for weeks! Kenzie is my go-to aesthetician. She is creative and changes up the facial depending on what I need and is highly knowledgeable and easygoing, which I appreciate! Love her. I also see Alyson every coupla months for a massage, as I sit for long hours professionally and this keeps me squared up and tuned into my own body, which is otherwise easy to take for granted! She is fantastic and so attuned to what your body needs. Quite the maestro!

Was nice and friendly. I would recommend. I didn’t like that if you used a gift card and had a remaining balance and you wanted to use it for your tip that the tech would have to wait 2 weeks to receive it in their pay.

I received an incredible 1 hour deep tissue massage from Nick. I am a trail and ultra runner with a high stress job, so my body certainly takes a beating. He is very professional and responsive, and ensured that I felt safe and comfortable the entire time, in addition to applying as much deep pressure as I needed. I left feeling both relaxed and like it was a "productive" session physically. I am very selective about bodywork and absolutely would come back

Treatment of their prospective clients needs some work. Had them call me with an 8pm cancellation of 1/2 appointments (within 24 hours of my appointment). Called in the morning to see if they could rebook both on a future day as I intended to do both in one day and I would need to replan my schedule for both appointments — left a message before opening, called at 9 am and then again at noon. Was met with both receptionists being unhelpful and dismissive. Called again to see if I could get any additional help. Was only met with a cancellation fee of $200+ and no help in rescheduling. Their expectation of their clients being flexible for their providers but not having the same grace in return is quite rich. Won't be booking here in the future. Shame as I was looking forward to trying somewh
