Daisy is the best in the business! Not only is she a brilliant educator but she listens to you & truly cares about making you feel beautiful! I live in NYC and this was better than most haircuts I’ve had there!

I was extremely disappointed with the manicure I received, as well as the lack of follow up from the salon. I had the worst manicure I've ever had: there was no soak to soften to nail beds, cuticles weren't pushed back (just unsettlingly scraped 1/3 up the nail?), the nail tech didn't use a focus light, and there was no fan for drying my nails. I pointed out my concern about drying and was assured all would be fine. Within an hour three nails were smudged, one was chipped, and over the course of a few days the polish wore, chipped and peeled off. I called to tell the nail tech what occurred, but there was no offer to come back in for correction or be comped. I left a message for the owner to call to me back so I could share my experience. I mean, if I’m being honest, it would be worth it to just come here and hang with Daisie for an hour. Need someone who will tell it to you straight, be your hype woman, and entertain you with stories for an hour? Come see Daisie at Icon. And, oh yeah, she does a damn fine job cutting hair too. Curly girls, give her a chance! She always does a fantastic job with my curls and after a few months following her recommendations, my hair is so much more moisturized, happy, and healthy! All the care and attention of a “curly hair haircut ($$$$)” at normal haircut prices! The salon is super cute and comfortable, all of the staff are friendly and helpful, and scheduling isn’t very difficult. I can’t say enough good things!

The BEST hair salon in Canandaigua! I got a blowout with Abbey and it was the most amazing blowout ever - obsessed. Shayla did my updo for a wedding I was in and it was the best - she was so meticulous and paid attention to every detail. I also got my makeup done by one of the Icon artists and she did an incredible job too. Daisy and her hair and makeup stylists are efficient and produce beautiful work. Daisy is a true artist, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also passionate and imaginative, she’s the one to book with. What made the experience even better was how welcoming and kind her whole team was. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel right at home from the second I walked in. The whole vibe was super positive and relaxed. I’ll definitely be back!
