iBROWS THREADING SALON

Today was my first time going to iBROWS Threading Salon and I'm writing this review because I am just that impressed. Before I get to the services itself, I want to discuss how warm, kind, and comforting Soni was-- which was especially important to me, because today marked the one month anniversary of my Mom's passing. She was gentle to me and I needed that today. As far as the services-- eyebrow threading and armpit wax, I cannot complain AT ALL. She gave me helpful tips for caring for my sensitive skin under my arms and when I say Soni has my eyebrows looking SNATCHED and SHAPED. I am beyond impressed. Even though I'll be moving out of the area soon, I am willing to make the trip to get serviced with care and professionalism. THANK YOU SONI!!!

We recently moved to the area and came here because of the great reviews. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We asked for eye brow and face threading with waxing for lip and sideburns. The lady began telling my daughter how hairy she was, told us waxing wasn’t good for us, complained that she had too many full face customers that day, and if that wasn’t enough, my daughter broke out with a fungal infection on her whole face the next day. So also unsanitary. We have not and will not be coming back. Also pretty expensive, it was $120 for 2 people for full face threading and waxing. We only pay $65 in Orange County.

This is in response to the Sophie Dowd review and since there is no way to reply to a review I guess I will write my own. The day that this girl and her mother were there I too unfortunately happened to be there and let me tell you when I say this girl and her mom made me extremely uncomfortable.. they made me uncomfortable. Fighting with the artist in her salon over money, mind you, not over SERVICES which I think she does an amazing job at threading eyebrows and only trust her. This girl game to leave a review about money which is irrelevant to the services she offers. Her mother miscalculated her own money and tried to cheat the owner out of her own money. If I could zero stars I would!!! Soni doesn’t believe in doing what the customer wants she does what she wants and messed my eyebrows up BAD FOR THE THIRD TIME!! I’m pissed. I came back the second and third time thinking she just misunderstood what I wanted, but that was not the case she just does what she wants to do!!! My right eyebrow is thin and damn near GONE and my left one is thick like she just did a clean up!! I purposely grew them out hoping she would get it right this time but she didn’t SHE Butchered my eyebrows!! I wish Sophia was still here cause she always had my eyebrows on point!!! I advise you not to come here. She told me I was too picky and for me to just let her do things her way and then told me to leave when I didn’t agree with her very bad service.😡😡

I called 5 places to do my Henna for my baby shower and no one would take me in since it was such short notice. I walked into Soni shop and she gave me options and explained the henna types. She had black and brown colors and so many stencils to choose from . I was so happy that she was so welcoming. Overall great experience and the design came out beautiful.
