Black-Owned beauty supply store! It was so nice to shop in a beauty supply store without being followed around and watched by staff. It was such a comfortable shopping experience that I spent more than I intended. The staff is friendly and the items were priced. If you can make the trip out, it is well worth it.

I really like going here not just because it's black owned but because the staff is helpful. They don't mind being available to their customers.

Seems the overall demeanor of the customer service rep that work there was very lackluster. She didn't seem too enthusiastic or even interested in one to help me but did so that's why it's not a one star. Also disappointed with the severe lack of black-owned products in here compared to other black owned beauty supply stores. And considering that this was a long-standing beauty supply store, I would expect a bit more options. Very small, not uninviting, but not a place I would come back voluntarily unless I had to or it was nearby at the time. If you need help with looking for a particular product for your hair, I can at least say that the person is a bit knowledgeable. But the overall demeanor really kill the vibe of the entire visit. I love this Black owned establishment! They welcomed me at the door. They also knew what I was asking for even though my description of what I needed was limited. The price was lower than what I expected and I'm very happy!!

I’ve visited this store a few times now and go out of my way to do so since it is a black owned business. Each time I have been disappointed by the level of customer service. Employees seem to be glued to the television and only provide “verbal” directions to find products. There is no check in make sure I found all the products I’m looking for and the overall demeanor of employees is unpleasant. I have to find another black owned business.
