Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the customer service I received today. I had booked under the impression that the Wednesday discount applied, and admittedly, I didn’t read the full details at the time. I just saw the discount and proceeded. After reviewing the policy, I now understand that the offer is only available when you wax every four weeks. However, considering that she arrived nearly 50 minutes late, I was left waiting outside for about an hour, which caused me to be late for my next appointment. Then, after the service was completed, I was informed that the discount couldn’t be honored. Given the circumstances, I feel it would’ve been a kind gesture to extend the discount this one time as a courtesy especially since I now understand the policy and wouldn’t have expected it

It was my first time waxing ever and when I say I felt no pain absolutely none. The space is so girly and cozy super feminine. So quick with great results. Robin makes you feel so comfortable so welcoming talks you through it the entire time, first time meeting and I felt like this was one of my best friends she is the truth definition of black girl magic and girl power. Goodbye razors and nair I have found the best waxer out. 💗💗💗

I went to Robin as a walk in and she was so friendly and welcoming! It was not my first time getting waxed but it’s been a few months since I had one. She walked me through each pull and we had each other laughing the entire time. My body feels super soft and clean. Whenever I come to NY, Robin will be the one to always wax me! Great service and very clean area!

Robin did amazinggggg!! Very good technique that the wax went by super quick and by far the painless wax I ever had. I would definitely recommend 10/10. She holds great conversation and is very friendly. I loved it 😊
