Not a regular customer of beauty supply stores but this one is amazing. My aunt needed to go wig shopping and we landed here. One of the store employees, Rick, took time with her to ensure she found what she was looking for. The customer service was on point and the prices where great!

I just spent $150 on an human lace front wig and it split the lace I went to exchange it with my receipt and they would not exchange or anything so I'm just out of $150 I want to contact the BBB if I where you I would not shop there the merchandise is cheap and the people are rude 👎😔🫤🫤🫤🫤🫤😵

This is a great location. The cashier is so polite and helpful. She always has great energy whenever I come into the store. Very clean location as well.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They refused to give me back my money despite acknowledging the products I had returned were not open or used in any capacity. The manager was extremely rude cutting me off as I spoke, asking "if I was done yet" while speaking to them gently.If you go here use cash you're not getting anything back anyways but a waste of your time.
