This store is the most On professional store I ever been into the skinny lady with blonde hair. She is so rude so nasty so disrespectful. She throw things at you. She talk to you any type of way. She’s high on her prices if you go to any other Supply they are cheap. She is one money, hungry person. I don’t understand how she have a business and don’t know how to run it. She’s trying to get over. I would never ever shop at store again. I used to like it when it has the old owners now it’s just horrible. I’m just lost for words. They follow you around the whole store like if everybody’s thieves.

If you like being followed around while shopping, asked on every aisle if you need help, and being watched, go there. I don't know if it's a race thing or what but I was followed around the store by several employees. I actually loved 💔 that store but won't be taking my extra chocolate self back in there. It was BEYOND UNCOMFORTABLE... I'd rather shop at Beauty Supply Outlet on Summit Ave: cheaper prices, quality wigs and hair products, AND I've NEVER been followed around that beauty supply store.

Will never return to this store again. Very weird vibes upon entry and you also get unwanted shopping assistant while browsing.

I was followed around the store the whole time and it made me uncomfortable, I just put my stuff down and went somewhere else. Please don’t spend your money here. It’s a clear issue of racism and from other reviews I read before I posted this, it seems that this is a common issue. On top of the terrible service, the prices are higher than other stores. When I left I went to beautisa and found the same item I was going to purchase here for almost $3 less.

I wouldn’t even waste my time. They are absolutely racist. I don’t come to this location because it’s ALWAYS something. I’ve never had a personal issue with them, but i’ve seen how they treated others. The are always racially profiling black women when their targeted customer are black women. Like how do you sell stuff that’s make for black women and you hate when we shop in your store. I’m so confused. If you’re looking for a good store i suggest going to Luxe Beauty in Pyramids village. don’t waste your time here, they are not welcoming at all.
