My lashes are always flawless, the spa is super nice and everyone on staff is very professional! They have SO many different services to choose from, you won’t be disappointed!

I am so glad I made the decision to book with Snow at Industry 28! I’ve been dealing with hyperpigmentation for a long time and it seemed to be getting worse. I originally booked a microdermabrasion facial and when I went for my 1st appointment Snow examined my skin and recommended micro needling instead. I was unfamiliar with the process but she explained the benefits and I decided to trust her recommendation. I’m so glad I did! I am now 3 treatments in and my results are amazing. I love this spot. I came here when It first opened and met the owner “Snow” and instantly fell in love. She had great spirits and was very professional & fast. It was my first time getting lash extensions and a v- steam and the experience was great. My lashes help up for almost a month before even needing a touch up. I would recommend this place to anyone ! I am now a loyal customer

I would NOT recommend this place. I found them through Groupon. I honestly can't even get an appointment with them. First I tried getting an appointment through their website and after scheduling it, I get an text saying that my appointment had been canceled. Then I scheduled it AGAIN - planned my work week around the appointment and get another text from them that my appointment has been changed to the next day. Seriously - no call, no sorry we had to move your appointment. And then they wont even pick up the phone OR return my calls after leaving them two messages. I AM DONE. This is not how you run a service business and I don't have time to be moved around like this. I was REALLY looking forward to this appointment, but all is was a BIG disappointment!
