The massage was okay but the ambience was the real highlight and stole the show. Serene space, soothing details and a genuinely relaxing environment. Tranquil, thoughtfully designed and instantly calming.

It was a really nice relaxed space for a massage. We came there on a Friday morning for a couples massage, and it was a great experience. The couple's room was well appointed, and the massage therapists seemed experienced and used the right amount of pressure. There were multiple add-on options that we didn't take advantage of, like hot stones, but may try in the future. Would highly recommend. There is plenty of parking and places to eat in the immediate area as well. The only issue I had was with online booking. I could not figure out how to select the location we wanted. All of the different locations point to the same website with no option I could find to specify which location I was booking. So I just called them and booked the massage that way.

I visited I SPA for the first time with my husband for a couples’ relaxation massage, and we truly enjoyed it. Later, I decided to schedule a solo spa evening on one of my days off. I carefully looked through the services they offer. I had been dealing with back pain for a long time, so I booked a deep tissue massage. I also added a body scrub and a sauna session. I want to mention that the salon itself is very beautiful and pleasant to be in. However, there are several things that really disappointed me. Left completely EXPOSED with the door wide open. There is no way these employees have licenses to massage. My masseuse had no idea what she was doing as far as massage goes. 15 mins into the massage she took all the blankets and coverings off me leaving me totally exposed and when I looked up I realized the door and curtains were wide open to the spa area. The employees speak zero English so I literally had to motion her to leave the room so I could get dressed and leave. DO NOT GO HERE. I was given the managers number which no one answered and does not take voicemails.

This establishment has three locations Lake Stevens Kirkland and Mill Creek each location varies in quality. However, my visit at Mill Creek was horrible if a massage therapist is doing a bad job and you’re paying a lot of money for massage. You should be allowed to let them know nicely but at this place they get upset they snap at you to yell so I decided to leave I do not recommend this place.
