I Love Massage

My first visit on my birthday was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! David and Henry are professional and made sure that I was comfortable! It was a great experience on my birthday. I would definitely be coming back consistently. Thank you so much for your services.!

I last visited them on December 3rd 2025 and I was indeed in pain. Each time I go to this place for Pressure Point Relief, they always take care of my needs. They get the job done without hesitation. The best part about their visits, is that I don't have to coach them through anything. They are skilled enough to know how to handle what's going on with my body systems for that particular time. Your staff is always appreciated!

It started off nice but they money hungry, they had me sit down and call there manger to honor there $5 off promo. Which they have posted everywhere btw. THEN! THIS A BIG ONE the masseuse was using inappropriate language because he was upset I requested the $5off. Even a random guy popped his head up like " yo why he talking to you like that". That ain't cool. So I did not leave a TIP! THEN HE GOT MAD AT THAT ASKING ME WHY? WHY YOU NO LEAVE TIP?? cause your energy, attitude and demeanor. You created a hostile environment and had Me call your manager! Over a promo. Claiming you dont speak English but you sure spoke it when you wanted me to tip you. I won't be back. Go at your own warning.

I booked a massage for three people and was told to come in. I was greatly disappointed that my male masseuse interrupted my massage to service the lobby guest twice within the first 15 minutes of my massage. His phone constantly beeped. It was definitely not my idea of a moment of relaxation. He wasted my time and my gas. I now feel have to wait in my car for an hour for my sister and mother to finish their massages. His excuse was that someone called out and they were shortstaffed. In the future, you shouldn’t waste someone’s time or money if you don’t have the capacity to serve them properly. He was not apologetic about my experience and was very dismissive. This is the worst I love Massage location I’ve been to thus far. I would not recommend him.

The massage was great with the man, but the female massages isn’t so all that my husband didn’t care for it much. Also, it’s too loud in there, people come in on their phones all loud it’s not isolated. You can hear everything going on in the mall. I wish I knew this. Also they charge you $2 for using card which is fine. But then you pay $132 and then at the end they make you do a bigger tip 20% and up no less even after you pay your $132 tip.. no one should make you leave a tip if you don’t want to leave a tip or if you don’t have a tip. Especially when you could not relax in their establishment because it’s too noisy. We will not be going back here. Not because of price and tip but because of noise and no privacy and man getting mad in his language.
