I Heart Nails

I love this nail salon, they go above and beyond to meet your needs. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and their prices are extremely affordable. I came here for the first time two weeks ago and asked them to fix what a previous nail tech did, they were able to get me in the same day. I came for the second time today and got a gel pedicure and an acrylic overlay fill in (pics below).

I sincerely wanted to love it here but I don’t think I can see myself coming back. I gave my review 2 stars because I actually really like the width and length of my nails—it’s what I asked for. Other than that, I’m genuinely disappointed due to the fact that I couldn’t leave the establishment with the design I had in mind. I had my beautiful Valentine’s Day inspo ready and halfway through my set, Alex thought it would be the appropriate time to speak up about how he doesn’t do designs so I had to settle for basic french tips.. There were at least 2 different opportunities to let me know about this. Once was upon booking and the second time was BEFORE working on my nails. It’s disappointing to know that the he just assumed that I would come in and just settle for what he was able to delive

I am so happy I came to this place, the entire staff is very friendly and attentive from the moment you walk in. Although I was attented by Han, she was so gentle and delicate, she kept asking me if I was in pain my nails were very thin from so much gel I got at another place, I showed her a picture of what I wanted but omg my nails came out 100 times better than the picture, she suggested another design and color which I loved, and to top it off I paid $60 dlls so their rates are fair, honestly my nails look like a 100 dlls! Thank you for your great customer service.

I love this place, everyone here is so nice and they all know their clients by their names. Alex is the best when it comes to pedicures!!! Their work is amazing and the prices are great too!
