Highly satisfied, called and got a same day appointment for a full acrylic set. NONE of them were crooked, they were all the same length, not left thick, and the best part was my nails do not hurt from over filing, did not damage my cuticles or skin. I have never left a salon with my fingers/nails feeling the same as I went in. Definitely would go back.

My Mom recently moved to Laconia. We were delighted to find this nail salon is right around the corner from her new home. I called last minute to see if they could do a gel mani/pedi and they got her in immediately. My Mom is hard of hearing and has dementia; this salon is small and quiet, which works very well for her. They offered us both bottles water while there. There's easy parking. The service was excellent and her nails look very pretty. Great find! 😃

Never had anyone in any salon come out with a umbrella and escorted me safely in the building. When my nails were done they safely made me get back to my car. Awsom business. And love the way they do my nails. I would give them a ten on a scale.

I had the pleasure of working with Hank and his wife at MY place of business and they are sweet, wonderful people! It wasnt until working with them for a second day that I realized I had been to their nail salon before and its the only nail salon in Laconia I go to! I dont get my nails done often so i didnt make the connection initially but they are professional and proficient and I highly recommend stopping in for a mani pedi ❤️ thank you Hank!

First time customer: I got lucky and scored an appt. for my daughter 2 days before prom. It was her first time getting acrylic nails and didn't speak up about many of them being filed crooked, left thick and ultimately did not liking the stiletto shape. They actually looked like bird talons that I paid $60 for (including tip). I wish I had gone with her but she went with a friend. I ended up calling them to tell them the situation. The man on the phone couldn't have been nicer and fixed her nails later that same day, even changed the shape to almond. My daughter was very happy with the results and was told that they want all their customers to be happy with their services. Thank you so much i color nails & spa!
