I love this place! I've been a loyal customer for more than five years. I'm very fortunate to have found a place that stands for professional core values, one of which is empathy. My eyebrows feel fresh instead of sore. She makes sure my eyebrows are adequate for my face—not too thin, not too big, but just right. It feels nice to have someone taking care of you, and this is the place you want to be when it comes to that.

I wish I could give less than 1 star review. The service was terrible. The tech said she was following my natural brow line but she cut off half my eyebrows with the scissors, not even thread, and they aren’t aligned or symmetrical either. You can see the shape is not natural to my face based on my tan lines. I have been coming here for years, going out of my way to drive 15 miles back to my old neighborhood each way, and I’m never coming back again.

Worst experience ever.. it used to be my favorite place a couple years ago. Today I went back. Lady with glasses and bangs with brown to burnet hair color. Ask me to check my eyebrows after she “completed them” and a minute after said, “hurry up I have more customers” even thou my sibling was the only person sitting waiting. The place was empty apart from that. I ask to remove a hair she responded that “they are perfect”. Lady used a face mask but kept coughing while doing my eyebrows and had the audacity to ask for tip.. learned my lesson will never go back. Hope this help to future customers…

Don’t come here with the girl with copper hair, she did my eyebrows and made them completely uneven. Horribly done, i’ve never had my eyebrows done this bad.

DO NOT COME HERE! I am a very polite person and this lady was extremely rude. She kept pushing my hands and arms around like she was frustrated with me. I kept telling her that it was certain ways I couldn’t hold my eye because I wear contact lenses and I would do what she asked but I had to do it carefully. Kept cutting me off and talking over me when I tried to tell her. RUDE AS HELL and the quality of work isn’t even that good in my honest opinion. I understand we all have our days but as a business person this is not how you treat clients, STAY AWAY!
