Hyacinth Nails & Spa

I went to this nail spa today for my homecoming nails and while I will say that I like the design on my nails, it's not what I asked for, plus, the paint is chipping, my cuticles are scabbed over, and when I asked for a dark red ombre center on a black base it looked patchy and just did not look good. My nail are also crooked and bumpy and the charms are off center. Overall, only go to this place if you want something simple.

Hyacinth is a wonderful nail salon, these ladies are amazing! They did such beautiful work for me and my mother before my wedding for manicures/pedicures. The salon is extremely clean and peaceful and the service is excellent. Would highly recommend and definitely will be back!

I’ve been taking my 93 year old mom here for a few years, having tried others around Essex and Killingworth. She’s happy with them, which is a blessing. She gets a simple manicure, so I can’t speak to the fancier services, but they always are happy to see her and fit her in.

There are no words to express the awesomeness of this place. They are AMAZING … no matter who does your nails you leave happy and glad that you came… I can’t wait till my next appointment! They go far and beyond any salon I have ever entered…awesome people.

The best place to go for manicures and pedicures!! Joe and all the girls are fantastic. It is always very clean and they have all up to date and current products. The massage after a manicure is perfect...they are very accommodating with last minute appointments, as well. Highly recommended!!
