Hutchison Island Barbershop

Excellent barbershop on the island, highly recommend! We come here to get my son (4 years old) hair cut every time we visit on vacation. He had his first haircut here at 3 years old and it was such a positive, welcoming experience. The owner is friendly, the service is exceptional, and the prices you can’t beat!

I was in town for the night and needed a haircut badly! Decided to go across the street from my hotel and check out Joe and his shop. I’m usually someone that’s very protective about who cuts my hair so this was a big step for me. I was NOT disappointed!! Joe took his time listening to what I was wanting and would check with me through the cut to make sure I was happy and overall the cut went very fast, so he’s mindful of your time. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back in town, but if I am, I would stop by just to say hello to him and “Uncle Mike”. 5/5!!!

Walked in. Asked them to please cut my hair… and they did! Nice place, nice people, nice cut. I am a happy customer. What? Only $20?! Yes please. Go here and be happy of yourself not because of the price but because Good Haircut!

I came to this barber shop because of the positive reviews, but did not find any of the barbers mentioned in those reviews. Perhaps, this business was sold and the couple who were in the shop are the new owners. The woman who gave me a haircut has no skills or care to be in the business. I got a terrible, uneven haircut and was charged a price of $20. Needless to say this was my first and last time going there.
