I would give this team 10 stars if I could. From the moment you walk in and throughout every step of your appointment, you receive true white-glove service. Even if you come in for one specific treatment and have questions about other services, every member of the staff is more than happy to help. Dr. Alvarez and Summer are a dynamic duo. I had the opportunity to spend time with them asking questions and learning more about fibroblast treatments, vitamin B12, etc. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and never try to sell you anything you don’t need—in fact, it’s quite the opposite. You won’t leave this office disappointed, no matter who you work with. It’s a genuinely lovely group of people who truly enjoy helping their community look and feel their best!

As a first-time client, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The HydraFacial and dermaplaning left my skin incredibly smooth and glowing. Summer explained so clearly, and the skincare education made me feel confident about how to care for my skin at home. The entire visit was relaxing, professional, and welcoming. Once a month I head to Velo Med Spa with Summer Kai. Love the warmth from the staff the minute I walk in the door. Summer is such fun to see every month, not to metion how my skin feels after my appointments. The products I use are even more enhanced after each visit. I love the stories we share , with laughter most if not all of the time. Everyone here is top notch and I highly recommend if you have not stopped oin before now is the time ! I’ve had several Services at Velo Med Spa. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. Summer is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My skin looks amazing after she does my facials and I can really see an improvement and glow. Dr. Alvarez did my injections. He was so patient and answered all of my questions.
