HQ Sand Lake

I've been using Regus for 20 years and every office has been great. However today I had 3 consults at the Orlando Sand Lake office and Connor and Patricia were extremely friendly and professional with me and our patients. Big Kudos to them for their awesome level of service.

Reliable internet is an issue here. Very slow when connected via WiFi or wired. We have been asking for some time now for a solution. Corporate Regus tells us that the internet is fine but several other offices are having same issues 12/15/25 update. Regus has informed us that the internet is sufficient at 100mb for over 60 people. 1 to 2gbps is needed for this many people. I wouldn’t recommend renting from this location if you want to do more than just send out emails. We have rented from them for almost 3 years at this location and they don’t care we have to use a Verizon Hotspot to perform our jobs.

Office was clean and nicely decorated, but our meeting room "for 4" was tiny. Barely enough room for 3 laptops on the small round table. The single exposed electrical outlet was a fire hazzard. No outside windows made the room very claustrophobic. Would not reccomend.

The location is great, and you cant beat the view from my office, but that is where it ends. They only have 1 free meeting room on the floor of 80+ tenants, invoicing is a nightmare, they have zero focus on customer service, and the suites havent been updated since the 80s. Regus markets itself as a "co-working" space, however I have been notified that I am not allowed to conduct business in common areas, and I need to keep my business to my rented office. Everything about this place is stuck in the 80s. Technology, approach to customer service, and asthetics. Take your business elsewhere

This Regus facility is very nice. It's on the 5th floor of the "Pepsi building" on Sand Lake Rd just off Interstate-4 (on the other side of the McDonalds). The parking is easy and free. The staff at the Regus office are responsive. The common areas of the Regus office space are nice and they have a nice selection of meeting rooms to choose from. If you're looking for some shared space, this is a pretty good option.
