I started this review a few days ago...but from my phone...and it got lost...so I'm starting over. The good news is that I have had another session in between these days. My background: I am 64 and work out at a gym 3-4 days/week. I also have been getting massages about 3x/month for the past 12 months. While the frequent massages helped me loosen tight/sore muscles in the moment, they do not help me long term. I am looking for something more....I want someone that is passionate about my specific body issues and believing that he can make a difference in my future. So, I have begun this new journey with Cesar. I already feel this approach is vastly different from previous approaches. The only reason this is a 5 star is because 10 is not available. I recently had Cesar work on my tennis elbow which had been nagging me for months. It wasnt too bad, as it only bothered me in a particular range of motion which I didn't use much. Then suddenly it got worse real fast . I was waking up with pain from my forearm to my elbow. Then even small gestures like holding my phone to my ear became something I couldn't do without switching hands. I started massaging it daily and still no progress. Then one 10 minute session with Cesar brought my elbow back to life. It's only been 5 days and I can hold my phone again, I am not waking up with pain and I am at about 90% recovered. To say I am amazed is a massive understatement. His knowledge and technique is remarkable. I can not recommend

I had been having pain in my hand and thumb for a few months, and was taking pain medication daily for just as long… I explained to Cesar that I didn’t know what was causing it but that it was extremely painful and it was difficult to do daily tasks. Cesar massaged me from my shoulder, all the way to my hand just one time and I immediately felt relief! I was able to move my thumb without pain and without straining! That was four months ago and I am still pain free! I don’t know what he did or how he did it but I am so grateful for him and his work! Thank you Cesar! Thank you House of Stillness!
