I always make an appointment, but every time I do, it feels like it doesn’t matter. When I arrive, they treat me like a walk-in and I end up waiting anyway. Appointments don’t really seem to be honored, and the wait time is frustrating. The tech who helped me was very kind while removing my previous acrylics and kept checking in, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by the final result. I asked for a full set acrylic with gel, but the shape just wasn't right. The nails are very flat, bulky and heavy-looking. I was told I needed to specifically ask for a curve, but it still wasn’t done well. I was in a rush to get to an event, so I couldn’t stay to have them fixed. Overall, nice staff, but the wait time and nail shape were disappointing.

Let me start by saying I am a Nail SNOB. I'm very particular about my nails and how they are done. I started going to House of Polish about 3 years ago. I had a very difficult nail design I wanted done, and was sent to Tan to so the set. He NAILED (pun intended) the set. I have been coming back since. I have always been pleased with Tan's work! Highly recommend! Thank you so much for your work, Tan!!!! Its VERY appreciated!

House of polish always does a fantastic job with ANC manicures! They have a huge variety of color options and work with you if you want something specific. I always show them pictures of what I want and they come out amazing! These Christmas nails are my absolute favorite and came out perfect 🎄

If you’re looking around, don’t hesitate to book here! Everyone was so nice, helpful, and welcoming and it’s very bright and clean inside with a calm atmosphere. I had a pedicure done with gel polish and loved it. I also had my nails done by Kim using ANC. I couldn’t be happier! The pictures don’t do it justice. She recommended a chrome finish, which really elevates the color. Her attention to detail is incredible and she has excellent customer service skills. I will absolutely be back and couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Thank you!!
