Yesterday I became a first time client. Katie did a great job. Super professional, very fun. I enjoyed my haircut very much. The shampoo and conditioning treatment was very relaxing. The cost of a haircut is inline with what you would pay at one of the chain salons. I recommend Canvas Hair Salon to anyone in the Metro Ballston Spa.

Karri did a whole head highlight retouch .The foils were too fine so they didn't break up enough of the root. I Tried to resolve and have her do a few chucky lights to break up more but she didn't want to resolve this isssue. Blamed on condition of ends of my hair but I didn't want the ends done. She charged $ 225.00 for a whole head and I have short hair. Too much to pay to be in unhappy and not have any resolve on other end . Relationships between stylist and client need to be built and she was unwilling to make an effort to try to resolve . I do not recommend her at all and now I will spend another$ 200.00 to get my hair right with some one else.

Love the new place!! I came in with a grumpy mop-top teenager who didn't want a haircut, and left with a handsome young man glowing and saying he can't wait to return for his next "do." Thanks huge to Jess for making Lucci a believer

Came here for the first time after three years of not going to a hair salon (I cut my own hair). And I absolutely loved this place! Holly cut my hair the way I didn’t even know I wanted (lol) and kindly taught me how to curl it and now I can’t stop curling it! My go to look. Thank you!! Definitely coming back! xx

Have been going here for many years for haircuts from Katie. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Very nice surroundings, comfortable and relaxing. A great addition to the village of Ballston Spa!
