Going to leave this honest review knowing full well they don’t care about good customer service. I won’t be returning. Second time I made an appointment here and the lonesome woman that does gel x is in the middle of an appointment she took knowing there was an appointment coming up. The worst part is I walked in and they asked me to schedule an appointment for later and I actually Returned 3 hours later and they thought I was going to wait for her to finish up an appointment she just started. Second time they did this. First time I waited 30 minutes past my appointment. Sad. If only these reviews worked so these places had to respect customer service. Don’t know why I came back anyways my gel x always last only a week before they star falling off.

I loveeeeeeee this place. The owner is an amazing person and all the staff is amazing and super friendly If you get your nails done anywhere else you are losing your money and need to ask for a refund so you can get your nails done here. Just tell them Kelvin sent you and you’ll be taken care of.

Went in 7/2 and 7/3 not even 24 hours after. I don’t live near so could not go there to fix it and they refuse to give me a refund of even partial. Then she “I did come in late and they were trying to accommodate me” when I got there I still had to wait because they were finishing up someone else. She also said “she can’t control if I don’t live near” speaking volumes to their customers arrive because the one thing she could offer me I couldn’t do it which is go in. This was just the cherry on top.

HORRIBLE. Save your money. The lady that did my nails was rude and rushed through everything. I got a full set and shape of the nails looks wrong, they’re bulky and ugly. Not to mention it’s been four days and the polish is peeling.

Mia was great, she did my dip manicure super well and not bulky or too thick so my nails felt more natural. Very quick too. Also did my eyebrows. She was quick, efficient, and precise. All for a great price too.
