I recently visited House of Classic Cuts in Pearland, TX, and had an outstanding experience with Joshua. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. Joshua's attention to detail was evident as he worked on my fade. He took his time to ensure that every aspect of the cut was perfect, and the result was fantastic. The fade came out great, exactly how I wanted it. Joshua was friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his clients. I highly recommend Joshua and House of Classic Cuts for anyone looking for top-notch service and a great haircut. I will definitely be returning for my future haircuts.

I don’t often leave a bad review for anyone. But this is the most dissatisfying experience I’ve had with any company in a some years. I ordered a kit on October 20, 2024. I paid for 3-5 day shipping. After 11 days I didn’t receive my order, I called, I emailed, I tried to text with the chat on the website. I left voicemails. Then on November 1 I see a tracking number provided. Today, November 8th that tracking number still has no movement. And again, I called, left a voicemail. I emailed. The company response is they are not available. So…… where is my order or my money back????? Because paid 3-5 days shipping and no correspondence on why my order is delayed is diabolical! It’s disgusting and it’s giving scammy. I would love for someone of the company to reach out to me regarding my order

Joshua does an amazing job. I was sad when he moved away from Indy. I love his beard products, they are great quality and smell amazing. The products last years.

I didn't order from you guys. I have not received it yet. So how can I get my product? Or either get my money back. Your business is shitty for customer service you can never speak to a person. No one ever responds back. So are you scamming people or is this a legit business

Joshua is an extremely talented Barber.. customer service was top tier..my son really liked his haircut, it turned out great .. I definitely recommend that you book with him. 🐐
