My stylist was Kenzie. She does amazing every time I get my hair done by her. Every time you walk in, you instantly feel welcomed by everyone especially Kenzie. She always talk to her clients like their friends. She always puts hard work and time in when she does your hair. When she rinses, she massages your head helping you relax. Kenzie is very affordable for her work and how amazing it looks in the end.

I had a disappointing experience at this salon, and I feel it’s important to document it. I booked an appointment for fullhead highlights, specifically asking to lighten the roots and tint the rest of my already-lightened hair as a medium light brown. I showed pictures and clearly communicated that I wanted the highlights to be lighter than my natural black hair, but not blonde. During the process, my stylist barely spoke to me. She applied the foils so quickly that, even though my appointment started at 1:30, she was done by 1:50. It didn't feel like a full root touch-up, more like a partial highlight job.
