HOTWORX - Blue Springs, MO

Tried this with a friend tonight, and with it already getting cold, it felt good to be somewhere that is hot. We did yoga, which was nice since my back had been hurting from a previous workout. The nice thing is that you can control the heat, so if you don't want to feel overly hot and dizzy, you don't have to. The yoga was 45 mins, which went by faster than you think. If you don't have a mat, no worries, they have some there to use and not have to buy one. They also have workout equipment if you want to get a lift in first before you go into a room. They also have rooms with stationary bikes. I don't think I would do it but to each their own.

Awesome place. I just wished they had larger rooms and more free weight options. Worth it totally
