I highly recommend Hottie Hair! Autumn was so helpful! She sewed new clips, washed and clarified my 4 1/2 year old hair topper, NO CHARGE! Then, she gave me a sample of their hair mask which made my VERY dry hair feel so soft and moisturized! Plus the quality of their products is great!

My hairstylist took me in late as I was looking for an appointment later in the day and a walk in. She took me in at 5:30 and gave me excellent service. She wasn’t able to give me beach curls, but I completely understand because they were closed at 7:30 and she went longer to get my hair finished. She was super kind and she was super delightful and really communicative. I could not be happier with my experience. I can’t wait to go back to her again she seemed to know a lot about her color and she seemed to be very knowledgeable on coloring. So I am excited to continue to see her. I think she is an asset and I am really happy with my service.

Got scammed out of $130 for an updo I could’ve done myself at home. I brought an inspo pic and the hairstylist did not deliver. Half way through we stopped to look at the service and I let her know I didn’t like it and it looked nothing like the picture. She said she would “fix” it but the result was still nothing like the picture. She charged me and I tipped her for doing the service but I let her know that I was not satisfied with the result. I got my hair done for my wedding weekend and the result did not make me feel confident. Instead of admitting her skills did not match the request or offering me a discount on the service she said I should’ve let her know before we left the chair so she could’ve asked for help.
