If you're thinking about getting a hot tub rental DO IT!!!!!! This was the best! Got this hot tub for my husband's birthday and it did not disappoint!!!! Customer service was ABOVE AND BEYOND. The company was willing to work with our schedule and needs. Set up was easy as they do it for you. There is plenty of room in the jacuzzi for multiple people. They give you everything you need to keep the water clean and the jacuzzi insulated. Keep in mind when booking the time of year. If you are booking during the winter season like we did, the jacuzzi may take a little bit longer to heat up in the beginning. But as long as you keep the covers on it, leave the heater/motor (not bubbles) turned on always then it stays insulated Great! We can't wait to use Hot Tub Inn again in the future! Thanks Ho

Our hot tub from Hot Tub Inn was the perfect thing for our extended family for the holidays. Alex was so flexible around the delivery times and helped us get it all set up so we could all enjoy it…I highly recommend them!

We had a great hot tub experience, from drop off to pick up and everything in between. The hot tub was larger than I thought and stayed warm when not in use. Excellent experience!
