Hot Locks Salon

My stylist, whom I love, is retiring. Hot Locks has had a good reputation so I stopped by to make an appointment. Phyliss was recommended by the front desk. I made an appointment a week out for today (Saturday) @ 1. That was first available. I got a text on Thursday telling me my appointment was @ 2:30. OK fine. Got a phone call @ 9:50am today asking me to come @ 4. Changed all my plans for the day to be there, and then was told it would be 5:10pm. That is unprofessional and no way to start a business relationship. I understand a slight wait but over an hour when you've already been "pushed out" tells me Phyliss doesn't need or want any new customers.

Have been seeing Phyllis many years. Communication has gone well through the years. She takes all the worry about my hair away besides being one of the best hairdressers around.. staff works well together..

I am so happy that I found Hot Locks Salon! McKayla is fantastic! She took the time to do a thorough look into matching my color when I relocated here. And she always makes great suggestions for styling & cuts. The front desk staff has always been friendly & accommodating with my crazy schedule. Thank you Hot Locks!

Love Hotlocks and everyone that works there. I’ve been going to Phylis close to 40 years and love her like family! All the other hair dressers are always so cordial and most know me by name. I’ve tried other places when she was out for different reasons thru the years but no one can do my hair the same!

I have been going to hot locks for a couple years now and they are simply the best! I get full color and cut and it always turns out fabulous. The entire team is awesome and the salon is always clean and inviting. They have a great selection of amazing products as well.
