Hello there had to leave a review! let me start off by saying I've worked Blue Collar physical jobs my entire life. That mixed with bodybuilding and military background I've basically put my body through the ringer the last few years. I've began to feel extremely tight even started tweaking muscles very easily. Ater speaking with Jasleen she suggested a few deep body sessions would help loosen my body up as a whole and release any toxins in my muscles. After a few sessions the difference and how I feel both mentally and physically is unbelievable. I'm more flexible in the gym and I feel more grounded while working I don't know how to explain it but before the massages I felt like I was always going to pull something and now I just feel loose and relaxed. Jasleen did a PHENOMENAL job on my first 60 minute massage. The ambience was perfect - room smelled peaceful, the music was amazing and her techniques were unique and catered to me. Jasleen is simply amazing and a very skilled masseuse! She worked wonders in releasing my tension and reducing my stress. She made me feel relaxed throughout my entire session. She uncovered some new and real tight areas, I had never felt before and knew right away the caused of it and she was on point. I truly felt lighter, more energized, and rejuvenated.
