Horizon Nail and Spa

Seriously do NOT go to this place unless you enjoy being overcharged. I went a couple days ago and showed the lady a photo of what I wanted, which was classic French nail acrylics and the only design I put on each finger were small little polka dots. When the lady first started, I had asked her to cut my natural nails before applying the false nails and she told me no and that it was better to leave it like that. Any other place I have gone too has cut it for me because it’s gross to have grown out nails being seen behind a fresh new set of acrylics. Her saying no to MY request for MY nails should have been my first red flag. They then switched me to another lady who began doing my nails and I swear she literally filed each finger for about 7 minutes straight which resulted in them lookin

Great professionalism from the moment I walked into the door. As soon as I picked out my color, I was seated immediately and got acrylic manicure done in a reasonable timeframe. The technician was very nice, helpful, and they even gave us lotion walking out the door as first time clients from Avatar. Horizon has definitely made me wanna come back if I was ever in the area again! I highly recommend Horizon to anyone looking for a great nail salon with a typical pricing options at a high-end area.

My first experience at Horizon Nail Spa was excellent. Walking in and seeing a customer seated in almost every chair was a good sign. I got a spa pedicure and gel manicure done and every staff member treated me with a smile and were genuinely nice people. I got a nice neck and shoulder massage whilst my nails were being worked on, felt like a dream! My favorite color is pink and I could not pick just one so my nail tech, whose name I unfortunately forget, helped with the array of colors I wanted. Definitely check this place out if you haven’t been! 5/5 and will definitely be a returning customer!!!

This is my first time coming to Horizon with a group of girls that were privileged enough to come from Avatar Residential Detox Center for an outing. The service was absolutely fantastic and the best experience I’ve had in a very long time when it comes to a nail salon treatment. The staff were very friendly, making our experience very comfortable and pleasurable. If I lived any closer to Horizon, I would definitely make this my go-to nail salon! Highly recommended
