THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!! If you don’t like them, there is something wrong with you! I’ve been going for about 3 years and have done everything on their menu pretty much! So good that I bring my whole family there! Young is my girl!!! So ask for her!! I’m pretty annoying with my nails and extremely picky so I would definitely be honest in this review. Don’t like my nails bulky and trust me I will complain if I see something I don’t like because they aren’t cheap! While going there I had to “shop” around for the manicurist that best fits me and Young was it! Manicurist that I like and think you should ask for are: Young, Mindy, Elena, Naomi, Jenny( she doesn’t know who I am lol but I’ve had her twice and she was AMAZING. And I haven’t seen her recently, so idk if she is still there). Pedic

I went to a place I’ve been to many times before for manicures and pedicures. I didn’t make an appointment, I just walked in because there’s usually availability on weekdays. This time they assigned me to someone I hadn’t had before. The entire manicure was very painful. You can see in the photo how red the tops of my fingers were. The bottom part of my nails wasn’t filed properly — they weren’t even. Despite that, she really hurt me at the end. I didn’t want to give her my hand anymore because it was painful. She even tried to remove some dried skin with her bare hands several times. Eventually, I said, “Please, that’s enough,” and I left. When I was leaving, they asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I have been here 3 times. It is my favorite nail salon at the moment. The staff is warm and friendly. I felt super comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed and I love how my nails and toes turned out. I returned for a refill and pedicure yesterday and it was so relaxing. I highly recommend Horizon. I’ll be coming back as long as they continue providing great customer service and quality.

Got my nails done today here for the first time. I have received pedicures before and they are always great. Manicurist, Suzie, was in a hurry or something because she cut me four times. I told the manager and she just looked at me like nothing happened. Nothing was done. So unprofessional. You shouldn't cut people FOUR times. Once is an accident, four times is shoddy work/poor service.

This is the 2nd day of my nails after getting french manicure here. First day was beautiful but this is 2nd day and never had such manicure before in my life. Such a waste of money, apparently they don’t use quality products that would make ur manicure stay longer.
