My gel manicure chipped on multiple nails after three days, I went back in and they kindly redid it for me but then a few nails chipped again after another couple of days. I’ve never had this type of issue before with a gel manicure and was extremely disappointed to spend $55 on a manicure that should’ve lasted weeks. I’m on vacation and not even working with my hands. I called to explain and ask for some money back of sort of discount on my next manicure or something, even just an apology, and was met with a list of excuses and a whiny attitude. The woman blamed it on my nails and said there must be something wrong with them which I didn’t appreciate. It doesn’t take much to say sorry and offer 10% off. Will not be returning.

I had a very hard inspo picture and she pulled it off it doesn’t look the same but it still looks great. She did make two my cuticles bleed but she put a treatment on it and I’m satisfied. It was so fun to watch. It took 2 hours but it was so fun and so worth it

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail place. My hands are still healing after 10 days. So many of my nails are ripped up and infected. Do not go to this place. I can’t believe spent money for the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten

The service was really amazing! The people were really nice. Philip did exactly what I wanted. I designed my own nail art and Philip was able to match it perfectly! I will be going back again and again! Thank you-Charlie
