Hood River Salt Cave

My first halotherapy session in the Salt Cave I went barefoot to feel the floor salt. The cave is almost soundproof thanks to the beads on the wall which absorb sounds, though I still brought my noise cancelling headphones just in case. My second session I chose to put the blue booties on my bare feet where I could still feel the texture and the coolness of the salt through it. I sleep better at night afterwards and will keep returning. I highly recommend this quiet space to deeply breathe in while nurturing one's body and mind's wellness.

A Restorative Hidden Gem in Hood River Even without the salt running yet, the Salt Cave is still one of the most peaceful and grounding spaces I’ve visited. I was fortunate to experience a sound bath with Victoria in the cave, and it was absolutely incredible! The acoustics, the stillness, the intention — it was unlike anything I’ve felt. Me and my friend came to Hood River on a celebratory weekend. We found the salt cave prior to our visit and scheduled a session with Angelina. It is very apparent from the beginning that Angelina is passionate about what she is doing and the healing elements of salt therapy. We really enjoyed our curated session. Started with the cinnamon steam and ending with the 45 minute salt cave experience. We haven't stopped talking about it. Highly recommend to anyone living or visiting Hood River!

For me, to deeply breathe in the quiet of a salt infused cave while doing self-reflection is resetting. I slept much better that night after my first salt infused session. I appreciated that the dry sauna is at 140 degrees with my head stayed outside to remain cooler. And trying out the LED facial light therapy and body red light therapy for my Gilbert's Syndrome was educational, and now after several sessions I continue to notice the difference. I'll keeping repeating this.
