Got a great massage yesterday after an extensive interview with Hannah on what areas I was wanting to work on. Definitely feel this helps with my mobility and pain. Lovely to be listened to and understood about why my body needs, with expertise and body mechanics knowledge thrown in. Love the new location, plenty of parking and easy to find.
