Hong Kong Nails

Saturday, January 18th was my first time at Hong Kong Nails as a walk in. The welcoming was very inviting. I went there for a refill and change of color on my feet. They mentioned to me the wait would be 40 minutes and it was way less than 40 minutes. Even if I had to wait, that would've been ok being it was a Saturday as a walk in. Lina assisted me. She was so kind, creative, professional, caring and the price was very affordable. I look forward to going back. They take appointments which is great, thank you so much.

I always come here and I absolutely love it! Recently changed technicians so now I have Lina. She’s honestly the best and so professional! She absolutely loves every color I get and she makes me feel very welcome.

I had Mr. Le (pronounced 'Li') as my technician. He was so kind and so helpful, and does excellent work with acrylic. I already had long natural nails but wanted something to make them stronger and he did a beautiful job! Hong Kong Nails is very lucky to have him, I look forward to coming here again. Even if its just gel next time. 😁 Plus they give all customers complimentary wine, water and coca cola; AND they've been around for 20+ years. No wonder! 😊👍

I was taken care of by two ladies; for my hands was a lady who honestly ruined my experience. I did not catch her name however I can say that she was inattentive, rushed the job, and was pretty darn rude. I have the shortest of nails, all shaped differently. I then asked for one nail to be with just glitter polish I chose, she agreed. I then had to remind her while she was painting twice, but I was ignored. She had already painted all my nails pink and placed the glitter on top of the polish which was not at all what I wanted. I kept being ignored, she kept speaking to others out loud. Then the other lady who helped me with the pedicure was nice, and interacted with me. What was also confusing was the prices, the menu shows Gel mani and pedi $35 however I was charged $45 and this was con
