My experience with Iesha from booking to completion was an absolute joy. I was looking for a full body wax/ sugar and it wasn't on the booking site so I contacted her through email. She got back to me so quickly and set me up with my appointment. Absolutely lovely personality over the phone. Then because of the massive storm coming I contacted her again in hopes of moving the appointment to before the storm and she was happy to even though it was at a time she is not usually working. She is so accommodating. Her station was well lit and very clean. I was very happy that her personality was the same in person as she was on the phone. Some people have a customer service personality on the phone and are different in person. She was super sweet and let me take a breather when I needed to. Sh

I booked a nostrils and ears wax, and I am shocked by how painless it was. This was my first wax- I normally use my electric trimmer at home, but this is far more efficient and clean! I am pleased and will be back soon! The young woman was very sweet and professional. She asked if I needed any special accommodations, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the service.

Very pleased! I have mature skin, and she was mindful of being delicate and gentle while working on my skin during the eyebrow wax. I also dislike tweezing, and she asked if I was okay with it, which I appreciate! The facial was a first for me, and it was sooo relaxing! I will be sure to come back!

lesha is a very wonderful employee. She takes pride in her work. Whenever I come to lesha for a wax I leave feeling smooth and relaxed. The thing I appreciate most is when she looks for stray hairs the wax missed! If you have hair that needs to go she the one you need to see, she's the best!!!
