AMANDA at Southern Roots is one of the best colorists in the area! From what I've seen, all the stylists are skilled and are friendly. The salon is nice too, just no cell service inside. Decent amount of parking. I've been to other salons in Kent and Sussex counties, and SR definitely has the best stylists. I've never seen anyone leave with bad hair... Amanda would be my stylist choice based on her laid back personality and incredible skill with color and curly hair. She definitely knows how to make you look your best and she always LISTENS and discusses everything before she does it.

Candace is the color goddess! I have been going to her for longer than I can remember and I always have 3 or 4 appointments booked. I always get tons of compliments on my hair, and that says a lot! I would be lost without her! She has built a great crew around her with the team at Southern Roots you can’t go wrong!

Best salon in mid and southern DE. I've been to quite a few, and they have the most talented stylists. Amanda is my go-to. She is a blonding wizard!
