I’ve been working in this building for close to a year and have had a great experience overall. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and easy to work with—from valet and security to the front desk, management, and ownership. Everyone is responsive and genuinely willing to help, whether it’s a small request or something more involved. It’s clear they care about the tenants and take pride in how the building is run.

The location is 5 stars (in the heart of Hollywood near great lunch spots Superba, Gwen, Tocaya, Mama Shelter, etc.), the views are 5 stars (views of the Hollywood sign from the office on the north side of building & views of downtown from offices on the south side of the building), the tenants and networking possibilities are 5 stars (major production companies, TV writers rooms, talent management, PR, etc.), the in-building parking and parking attendants are 5 stars (take the elevator straight up to your floor from the parking structure), the 24 hour security is 5 stars (which also includes 24 hour access to my office), and the cleanliness, maintenance, and management staff are 5 stars (all are on site, so any issues or maintenance that needs doing, is addressed personally and taken ca

The Party Staff Inc. has been happy to have our Los Angeles branch office as well as our headquarters home base at 6464 Sunset for over seven years. Management is always very responsive to our needs, and we rarely have them as the building is well-maintained. One can’t beat the hip central location in Hollywood with many great hotels and cool restaurants within walking distance. The building has easy ample validated parking as well as many public spaces around the building.
