Hollywood Nails and Spa Arlington

Pros: complimentary drink Cons: to be fair I was a weekend walk-in and was fine with having to come back in an hour for an appointment. After returning in an hour it was another 20-30 minutes waiting in the pedicure chair before someone sat down. The water initially was scorching and cold by the time the pedicure started. Then after pedicure another 10-15 minute wait in the chair before told manicurist was ready. I told the manicurist I had sensitive cuticles but I still have some bleeding around the tops of my cuticles.

I am usually a walk-in at Hollywood Spa & Nails and there is always room! Helen did my pedicure today. I have had Helen before and she does a perfect job. The customer service is always great here, too.

Don’t waste your money here. Just drive a few more blocks to Orchid nails to get better service. Yesterday I went in to get dip nails and the lady who did them clearly is new to the nail business. She doesn’t know how to file without cutting you. She left clue all over my right nails which feels very uncomfortable. She would pull my hands aggressively towards her or if one of my hands were in the way she would push it aside instead of asking me to move my hand. She dipped my nails 3 times and asked Jenn I if this was enough so I said sure. When she started flying she filed so much the flags dip was coming off. When I showed her that she needed to add more dip as I was still seeing my nail color she had the audacity to tell me “see why you say no more, it need more”. As if I’m the nail

Clean, updated, and relaxing. The staff is friendly and proficient. I love to get pedicures here (the deluxe spa pedicure is amazing). I usually ask for Hellen. I also appreciate that there is parking. The beverage bar is a great addition. Very cute and a nice complementary drink selection. Wonderful nail salon!

I wish I could give zero star to this place. The quality is very poor and bad and the person that she did my nails she is not professional at all. My nails was Looking terrible before these pictures I asked her to redo it again and even though she did it still looks bad and disgusting she didn’t even clean my fingers and my nails from the glue after she’s done. its really looks like a little child was doing my nails. If I bought the nails from CVS they will look way better than what she did. Please save your money and your time. It’s first time and last time here.
