Holly Nails

I’m from Harrisonburg but don’t live in the area anymore. I enjoy getting my nails done with friends and family when I visit. Back in March, I came for a simple set of acrylics with a French tip. Just take a look at the pic to see how bad those turned out. When in town again a week ago, I went to get a pedicure with a friend. I was VERY hesitant to come, but someone recommend Hollys. I will never understand the 4 star rating and recommendations for this place. My gel pedicure started chipping after 1 week and some nails started completely coming off 2 days after visiting. They cut corners and do not care about proper nail technique. They rush you out of the seat to fit more people in, and thin out polish. It’s just a waste of money IMO. I just got nails done 2 days ago. And the gel is already pealing off of my nails. In total it’s 4. The gentleman who did it. Was very nice. But I did not like the work.

I had an appointment and was seated as soon as i walked in. My nail tech was Holly and she did an amazing job (see photos) It’s my first time getting acrylics in the harrisonburg area so i was really nervous since i’ve heard many mixed reviews about other places. I showed her my reference photo and she did not fall short at all! Shape, length, art, everything was how I wanted it. Definitely will be returning!

Very nice shop and nice people but my Gel polish came off multiple toes within 3 days. I paid $45 for a pedicure but my feet still were rough and toe nails very sharp. Called to have it fixed and they would only repaint my toe nails but not fix the entire problem. Doesn’t offer any sort of refund either. I have had way better for cheaper elsewhere.

Absolutely loved the environment and Maya did a wonderful job doing my nails. She was very friendly and took her time in order to make sure they turned out beautiful
