Recently had a horrible experience here. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and provided a picture for reference. I wanted a little bit of added length so I asked their price for acrylics. I was told that hard gel would be better for my real nails and I would get the same results with only a slightly higher charge ($75 plus tip). After over an hour, I was left with uneven, sloppy nails that looked nothing like my reference picture. No length was added, the color they assured me would be burgundy after a few coats was bright red, the polish did not cover the whole nail and the gel was bumpy and poorly shaped. I got my manicure there today. It's a great place, clean and relaxing. I wanted my nails to be short and rounded. Nail tech did an awesome job! It was my first time there, and I was a walk-in. I'll be back in 2 weeks.

First time customer here set up my appointment last weekend I was quoted $55. I wanted cat eye gel with a fill. Came into the location appointment was at 5 PM. Did not get in until about 5:45 almost walked out, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Another person came up to me. She came in late and ended up starting the process, but she was not the one that finished the process. The person that did work on my nails had no clue how to make the color look right on my nails. And when I made a payment price went up from $55 to $80 an explanation to me that because apparently I had requested for cat eyes, and now it became gel and cat eyes. The price went up. Although it has bad reviews, I gave it a try and I loved it. They accept walk-ins and I had my nails done: gel color change with French ! I loved it. Just what I wanted. Will go again if around (I was on vacation).
