HOLIDAY HAIR

I think the pictures will speak for themselves. I don’t think the girl that cut his hair even knew what she was actually doing - we didn’t even try to have her fix it because we didn’t have faith that it would look any better and honestly didn’t want to risk it. $32 hair cut with a tip (prob shouldn’t have tipped but she was young and looked new). I didn’t want to be rude and still don’t, but my son’s head was totally chopped and I ended up losing out on the $32 plus another $30 to fix it. My poor 8 year old was traumatized and the barber told us it was actually worse in person 🤣 I don’t even know how to go about getting a refund.

Well I was a walk who took the last walk in appt for the day I felt bad for the man who walked in ten minutes prior.. Normally I would give my spot up but I had a wedding to attend for the weekend also had my daughter with me .. There was only one lady working that day! She was so busy yet so nice she had purple hair which I love! I wish I could remember her name I am aweful with names but I never forget a face! I walked in with thin brittle damaged hair and I told her it was so long and thin I wanted to do something but I didn’t know what .. So I gave her permission to do whatever she wanted .. Something I would have never chose for myself but I love it and it grew on me within two days! I had so many compliments at the wedding on my hair too!

I went to get my hair done today, I ask all over copper with blonde highlights. When they started highlighting my hair the girl that was doing my hair kept asking questions to another lady and did not know what she was doing. The highlight were super chunky and not blended. When they added in the “ copper” it turned into neon read. The styles did not coat my hair properly so there chunks blonde, red and orange. That was all she did for my color. She did not do an all over copper. When she started my hair cut, she cut a few chunks in the front of hair then pulled a few strands from the back and cut it. When she ask if I like it I said “ no, this is not what I wanted”. Even after showing her the photo she kept cutting but did not fix it but only made it worse. She blow dried my hair and said

I have a great experience every time I come for a haircut. This is only thanks to Nicole, who is an outstanding stylist. Her knowledge and skills are quite impressive. She is also friendly, thoughtful and kind.

***UPDATE**** Holiday Hair reached out to me immediately to fix my hair cut and got me in as soon as they could!!! I had Tami do my hair this morning and she was SO empathetic to my experience and did a BEAUTIFUL job fixing my hair. Explained what she was doing during each step, asked me questions about what I wanted, and ensured I was walking away happy!! 10/10 experience. Leaving my before pic, but adding my after to show you the lovely work Tami did to fix my hair :). Came in last Wednesday for a wash & cut. Hair stylist was distracted the entire time and abusive to my head with the brush and comb (my head hurt for hours from her hitting me with them!!). She obviously cared very little about me and my haircut. Plus, worst haircut ever!! My layers are choppy and one side is a completely
