My appointment was with Jade. Jade was exceptional in all areas, she cuts beautifully, everything she did was perfection itself. She cut and styled my hair which I just love. She highlighted my hair, and that I am so pleased with. I recommend her highly, she is a superb hair dresser and works with you and you walk out so pleased. My stylist, Ruby, did a fantastic job giving me a perm. However, I was charged $34 for Haircut, Shampoo & Quickdry. I did not have shampoo because I washed it before arriving. After the perm the stylist spent less than ten minutes “trimming the ends.” I did not have them Quickdry my hair because I had to be at a meeting. It took three hours to get the perm and the perm was $76. I don’t think I should have been charged the additional $34 for the ten minute trim. Otherwise I would rate the perm itself five stars.

Ruby is absolutely amazing! Despite my hair texture not working with the cut I wanted, she gave me advice on ways to make it fit the style better! I 100% plan to come back <3

I got a warm welcome from Ruby and the experience was amazing. She was so sweet and you can tell she really cares about her customers. She checked with me throughout the whole haircut. I dont trust people with my hair but i definitely trust her with it! 10/10 highly recommend her.

Service was excellent as always. However access to your shop is difficult for anybody with a handicap of which I qualify. There is no ramp accessible close. At this point I may have to discontinue coming to your salon because of the lack of handicap accessibility.
