Best hairdresser ever! Erin was fantastic and colored my hair exactly the way I wanted it. She offered suggestions for the best shampoo for my color and treated my ends with a moisturizing sealer that worked perfectly.

Know the pricing before you go. If they ask “do you want me to”, ask how much. They nickel and dime. I saw a different stylist today than I have before. She asked if I wanted a blow dry and neglected to tell me it would be an additional $20. It was $60 for a basic trim and a blow dry. I came in with my hair washed, so they didn’t do that. Very expensive for basic service. Not worth it . It wasn’t even a good blowout. A blowout should give you lift and volume. My hair is flat to my head, there’s no volume. I’m angry that I made the mistake of not asking how much before I said Ok. Definitely not worth $20 for my hair to be dried, can’t call it a blow out. Honestly $40 for a trim with no wash is a lot too. Not happy overall.

My granddaughter had a wonderful experience today. She used to have a really hard time at the salon her mom was taking her to. Today has changed her attitude about salons and her hair looks great!

My stylist was outstanding. I needed my hair blended and essentially fixed from a haircut I got Monday and she over delivered and in record time. She was personable and efficient. Salon was spotless and ambience was good. I just wish holdifay hair would make there locations feel less chain like. Better decor, couple pieces of furniture and some paint would go a long way.

This was my first time coming to this salon, since it was the closest to me. And I was impressed by how my hair came out, I didn't even think I could have healthy hair! Marie was the one who take care of me and I was very satisfied with her service. She told me as to why my hair was in the state it was, cleaned it thoroughly, fixed up my hair with a cut, recommended products (which I returned for today), and answered all my questions and concerns. She was very patient and understanding, and I felt comfortable with the overall experience. The price I added in the review are both visits added together (the wash & cut + buying products). Definitely pricey. But for the state my hair was in plus the quality products that should last a good while, I found it worth the price.
