My experience with Dr. Hochstein’s office was deeply upsetting, and I would not recommend this practice. On December 21, I emailed the office requesting additional information because I was genuinely anxious about my upcoming surgery. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, Daisy told me word for word that “if you have that mentality, you better cancel and get your refund.” This felt dismissive and inappropriate. The doctor later called me directly. I was still willing to proceed and did not intend to cancel. However, during the conversation, he stated that he is famous and that is why he receives complaints. None of my concerns were properly resolved, and I did not feel reassured. Following Daisy’s suggestion, I sent an email confirming that I would cancel and receive a refun

I had an incredible experience with Liana! She went above and beyond before, during, and after my inkless needling session — truly one of the most caring and professional estheticians I’ve ever met. She made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, explained everything in detail, and checked in afterward to make sure my healing was going smoothly. I went here because I trusted the Hochstein name, but I’m really disappointed. I’ve had Botox done at least 20 times in different places over the years, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. This Botox was a birthday present from my boyfriend, and it ended up being awful. I hate that something meant to make me feel good actually made me look worse. I came in for the three areas that are commonly done: my forehead, area between my eyes, and beside my eyes. I spent 20 minutes explaining that I wanted a NATURAL look with some movement, especially in my forehead. She told me I needed way more, but I talked her down. Nothing but great things to say about Hochstein Medspa! The manager of the spa, Andrea, was very sweet and helpful. She was very welcoming and answered all my skincare questions. Melissa & Natalie are also great injectors, they made my sister feel so safe during her visit, walked her through all the steps, and made her feel so confident with her results!
